Tail biting (2022)

Tail biting in pigs is a symptom that occurs in young pigs and is an aggressive behavior triggered by malnutrition, anxiety and confined space. In the farming industry, pigs' tail is cut off at a young age in order to avoid the infections that tail-biting causes. This work imagines a disordered situation in which the cut tails transform and encroach on the water supply.
